I grew up in Subang and have props in subang but subang is getting old. No gng style props. Too late to change already. Most people including me, after staying in gng area, really dont feel like staying in a non-gng ones despite how close to amenities.

Yeah. But the amenities and facilities are comparable. Strata title gng in this area is only Nadayu 92. But imho all 3: k2, TH and N92 will complement each other

not sure about TH but Kajang 2 already have unifi. for Nadayu 92 (i think this is more related to TH coz nearer), we will get Streamyx by April 2014 and unifi is tentatively by 1st quarter 2015. until then we are staying in Hutan. Lol
