Not trying to be biased here but nadayu is imho a HER also. Check out nadayu melawati how much. Rm4mil. But frankly speaking i expect better facilities being equipped in tropicana. Fyi, those with nadayu props, dont sell now if u can. Got somemore to be done within nadayu itself. Takut u rugi later. Just my personal advice.

While we all know there is no such thing as 2 identical developments, some people still fail to realize that, including the fact that commercial needs the surrounding residents to support its survival. Therefore commercial areas wont be restricted to the "town" residents only and surrounding residents will benefit from it as well especially when other developments are just next to it. U can see that the person who commented can be biased based on his purchase in other areas but his comment is showing his maturity in property investment which is almost non-existence. well, with the least amount of maturity, he should at least try his best to take some effort to think. Hard.
