Since I am too tied up with work, here is the my version of the development around that area. Take note how Nadayu 92, Tropicana Heights and Kajang 2 complement each other. smile.gif

Yes. If u r unsure, go find nadayu 92. Tropicana heights is just next to it. If u r concern on access road, dont worry. Check out the future developments here including flyover persiaran bangi, 4 lanes tunnel etc. Huat ah

Hold 3 years minimum. I expect kajang 2 area here to develop faster than semenyih. Coz most of it are already in construction now.

JH houses are so bloody expensive. The price is like 20 times the price of Tropicana, Nadayu and Kajang 2. Those who bought TH,N92 and K2 can never afford to buy JH coz JH is the most expensive prop in Malaysia = this is what he wants u to believe. Haha. As if we cant afford JH.

3 things money cant buy = manners and also kiasuness and the ability to accept the fact that twin villa in JH are still NOT fully sold despite launched since Kesultanan Melayu Melaka time. Wanna compare? N92 semi d fully sold. Kekeke. He should accept the fact that TH,N92,K2 area will be more developed with mrt, ktm, 2 shopping malls, 16 acres of central park, multiple school. It is self-sustainable. JH got what? 1 restaurant, a school and many2 kilang. What else did i miss? Oh ya banjir and asap.
