If comparing the masterplan of S.City with Tropicana Height.
I think S. City ( which is also a bigger township, with better mix development compare with Tropincana Height) win big.
But that is just from investment theme.
SV not low dense either after you look at their master plan.. rows and rows of mid cost condo surrounding the terrace..
The way I look at TH its not standalone but the dependency between nearby townships like Kajang2, Nadayu, HillPark, bandar Tek and kajang town.. Nearby township supplying population to create commercial vibrancy for TH and not solely depending on TH population.. TH depending on amenities from K2 and Kajang Town like KTM, MRT, schools, hospitals market etc which most are ready and running..
SV very depending on its own. its own population to ensure the commercial vibrancy and amenities might not be mature in the very near future.. some one commented in Savanna how to get from SV to the nearest KTM or MRT as the driving from SV to KL can be far and costly.. TH will have the convenience of riding on K2 KTM and connect to MRT. SV one school, TH and surrounding 3 to 4 schools..
From ownstay point of view, in TH, the convenience is there where there are already nearby townships to provide infra and amenities, while commercial being supported by nearby population. Good for near to long term.
Where as SV, should the commercial and shopping mall starts to operate after certain amount of population has move in? or should the shops and shopping mall and infra start running 1st then residence only feel more convenient to move in? it could be a chicken and egg theory. Those who which to move in SV in near future has to face this kind of inconveniences, maybe for short term 5 years...
IMHO, no comment on investment point of view, you are more expert in this subject.. Maybe your evaluation is from Developer point of view, buying developer stocks, shares and commercial asset..
Others are more of buying developer's product and scratching their head what to do with it after that..
For ownstay, I will buy wherever convenient, suit my needs and budget.. For investment, I am switching to buy developer shares rather then their products.. top pick lately, MahSing, EcoWorld and MKH
