since last week, the last time i went, 2 rows sold out..
Agree price is steep, as mention earlier.. if can afford for own stay and like the place, buy as you may..
For investment, buy at your own risk..
Good if its not BBB and take longer time to sell.. at least most will be own occupants, wont stay in ghost town
Those BBB one, might be living among vacant houses as neighbors still waiting for their desired price to sell.. dunno SEH will take time to get higher occupancy or not despite record break sale speed..
