Actually why and what is Conditional pass for the AP?
*
the conditional pass might refers to Zalam needing to fulfil specific requirement to get the permit approved, e.g. fulfilling additional bomba requirement etc but i might be wrong here.

Last time said  density very much lower than  jadites suites.
now suddenly become so high density for that 9+arce land.

is not this is all misleading info?
*
Care to share how misleading it is and where you get to know ct is at a higher density than your jadite?

QUOTE(tikaram @ Nov 16 2013, 09:32 AM)
Very misleading by u again

did i said " ct is at higher density"

i said " ct cannot be claim very much lower density compare jadites"

Wording is very much.

Not telling last block info in first page of 259units is like telling overall density is "very much lower" than jadites.

now u do the math. Jadites 366 @ land 5.277

Ct 627 @land 9.18ace.

"Very much low density "? Compare jadites? Or "more or less same density"

Hehehehe.
*
Oh, my upmost apology to you then. My england, I mean english is bad and definitely not on par with your 'standard' smile.gif

Okok....

no worry brother.
*
Btw I might suggest u to pm whoever it is that say ct is at a much much lower density than your jadite. Could be a SA that needs correction so he or she won't commit the same mistake again next time. It also helps to improve the quality of information provided here to reduce unnecessary disputes.

many in fact, wasn't sure the implementation date but if with effect from now, then i can see many ppl backing off from their booking lo and new launches like fennel could have quite some impact. imagine taking out RM80k le, how many can do that ooo...

Fennel still selling like hot cake. Their target market is diff. Despite the iconic design, the completion period is 4.5 years. By the time the property completed, they just have to hold for 6 months then is escape from RPGT.

After all, Fennel booking is 30K
*
boss, am referring to the loan amount will be based on nett property price instead of gross (before rebate by developers), not RPGT wink.gif

They r killing many real home buyers too especially those young generations who want to get their first home.
So any confirmation on this from Zalam?
I've to reconsider until zalam could offer a good solution to secure their buyers. Otherwise the project gonna sell for 2years or more.
I wil keep my cash instead of putting in one time off, who knows next year might have differ kind of package from developer to win back the buyers.
Hard time for both developer and buyers.
*
really bad for genuine buyers, especially those that just stepped out from college.

A2 view should be about the same as B2, except that the elevation is higher

anyway, attached is the southwest view from B2 that shows the site for A2 & A1

the camera height is approx 80m off the ground, so my guesstimate is it's about 22 storeys high

personally i think south view are better as the north views are partially blocked by the two hills, i can't even see the twin towers at 80m above the ground. a bit disappointing really.
*
that is some nice shot you have there. love the view. thanks a bunch pal smile.gif

hopefully the vacant land in front isn't building some towering blocks that will spoil the view of both B2 and A2.
