that's because of the existing tenant profiles i guess. 3-4 years down the road with CT and other higher end developments, e.g. from mahajaya got vped, certain mid-end commercials could benefit from the new tenant profiles that are more willing to spend, just my 2 cents.

it's not right if they were to forfeit your whole downpayment since it was clearly written RM500. guess it's good to double check with the SA.

i guess i'm the more kind of people, i just asked questions and no scolding thus far tongue.gif

but i think the delays and all are all due to authority approval which zalam has no control in. that aside, maybe it helps if they do provide some updates once in awhile to assure potential purchasers that everything is ongoing.
