My take is that, the booking started to take place since middle of this year and they definitely have a few months' space to prepare the materials. I'm just making an assumption that the above-mentioned was to convince us that everything is going well when the permit has yet to be approved. Else, those that placed the booking e.g. you and me would had received the notification of the approved permit, and proceed to the next step.

The only bad was its name lol... and honestly i wouldn't really walk at night from LRT to home cos it's pretty quiet, especially knowing KL can be pretty... you get what i mean

the house do looks good, guarded with built-in alarm system. the fact that this is by lion group is definitely a plus point, and seems to be a good place for family. anyone with family definitely can consider, and i would really give this a serious thought if it's not just for myself and my partner.

I kinda know its going to turn up like this and I think it's pretty fair reimbursement with the exception we had to take slight time off "for that". Something that I'm ok with and ya... waiting for the finalized info pack and video wink.gif
