Dibs if immediate reimburse is around 5%..if reimburse at vp date around 5.9%

go as around banker...property agent....property flipper or property taiko....if u dont believe

dont get lower deal.

Yea I believe it would be more than 4%
As I remember the DreamCity SA shown me their Non DIBS price is around 700K+ and DIBS price is 760K+.
I believe there wil be more than that, Just see if Zalam concern of their benefits or more to buyers who get it for their HOME.

I wonder why we are keep waiting & waiting here for the launch in this Inofficial LOWYAT forum, never ever receive any Formal email or anything from Zalam management.
I can't see any professional way yet like sending us Invitation from them (not from SA / Chester), but Zalam own management.
Almost everyday I've received invitation/private from other developer on new prop launch regardin peanut developer or welknown one. But Zalam just no feedback at all.
Please do something to ensure our buyers who been waiting patiently for 6 months.. Their condo concept is OKAY, but not the way how they marketing it like others.

U will also cabut even if they launch now but reimburse on dibs is sucks.
I reckon 4% rebate, at least, shall be provided with immediate deduction from selling price else I will be looking around......

got representative from zalam mah...chulk gor is from zalam leh... whistling.gif

he everyday give info at lowyat...but give until today still not yet launch... thumbup.gif doh.gif

Yes agreed. Ive been looking around all these while as you know.
I just dont like it all matters also discussed and "confirmed it here...
and we all here waiting like moron.. so tiring! Should they atleast do something to appreciate us for waiting so long?
8% rebates, DIBS are just too common package nowadays, WOTP also 10% without DP, lucky draw, DIBS and come with quality furnishing! 囧

Yeap I appreciate his efforts and he also wish to launch it fast.

Just myself not so comfortable to see nothing from CT, Yes no AP, thats why no Banner, no advertisement, no this n that on SITE.
I believe once AP approved, they wont do much on the advertisement , perhaps cut budget too. I hope Not!

no showroom for me is quite bad, show no sincerely at all, i think as chulk gor feedback ebfore, zlam confirm will not built show unit.

even some big developers like SDB or sp setia or sunrise will built a nice show room for buyers to view 1st before buyers decide want to buy or not...

Even smal peanut developer wil build it, as you said, depends if they wanna build or not.
So far besides their concept and masterplan, I didnt see if they shown any sincerity or thingy to appreciate the buyers yet..
Wait and see for the Official Launch to see how well they hold the event.
Then we can decide whether drop it or sign it.

My friends said the nearby taman dont allow them to use thier taman road.

u r right, the interest during construction for 3 years is about 5-6% for the property price..3% rebate, very less...kena con by zalam if he replace DIBS with 3% rebate
