jolokia hav problem with anybody who purchase property last few yrs till now....
Reason is because jolokia hav no steel ball to enter the market since last few yrs, and now prop price hav shot up much higher, where jolokia starts claiming the prop overvalue, talk abt affordability to majority, prop price to crash and etc........ Simply trying to explain why he didn't buy, not no steel ball to enter...... And hopefully more ppl come to support his arguments.....

They have lack of staff to cater for the overwhelming response i think. I believe block A have been sold out when i was there.

I went their office during weekend. They don't open on weekday. I went on saturday planning to get one unit for own stay. However, i give up and i have bought other project.

No, technically I heard it right. Though the "Bangla" I heard it from could be wrong. Hence I said I heard it, not seen it. If I'd say i saw it, then I could techincally be blind, or the chart could be wrong. But since its heard and not seen, then i would put the error at the source, not the messenger.

What I don't understand is what so 'true financial capability' you're talking about? Its RM400K - RM800K per unit albeit small units.

yes. Agree with you. If somebody served and cleared my inquiries when i was there then i will ended up buying also. That is why we need sales person at sales office, else what the use of sales office? Maybe timing not good for me that time. You are lucky you got an unit.
