The reason I asked was when I called on Sat, they said only level 7 unit 3A available. I wondered since a point was made there might have further clarification. I thought forums were meant to help people.

The Berjaya SA told me cheque is not acceptable for booking! That's why I hv settle in CASH!!! Good for you if they accept cheque for your special case...

Ya, forum are meant to share info, but some forummer share useful info that help people, not all forummer are like that , some forummer share rumours or false info that cause people confuse and waste of their time. If you are really interested i think better make another call or visit their sales office to confirm.

doesnt sound right bro. dont believe anyone actually brought RM30k in cold hard cash to the sales office n plonk it down for booking. if they really do, seng kung better have a money counting machine and hire some security to be there on standby!!

I called today and confirmed only one unit available for block B 791sqft. I was also told that you have to sign s&p during booking which sounded odd. When I asked last Saturday, I was told that s&p is signed 2 weeks after booking when the remainder of the 10% is paid.

Prema - I bought a 797 sq ft Condo on block B more than 3 weeks ago , I paid with credit cards and than 2 cheques. The Admin folks were quite helpful - especially Rose , you may write to her at rose@berjaya.com.my. She is very prompt on her response. If I were you I would attempt to find out why this particular unit has not been sold yet ? Because the park view is also quite decent and still available at a good price.

I don't trust Vincent Tan for half a penny as he really screwed me on the Berjaya Vacation membership Package but most of my previous real estate purchases in the Bukit Jalil area have reaped rich rewards. Hope this helps .....

How come so silent already... nobody interested in The Link2 anymore..?

Berjaya still have another 3 blocks to launch for phase 2 nia.... based on current response, I advise them to launch after this phase completed.
