Nowadays if developer sold off first block, they would be happy with 60% for 2nd block and sell balance slowly with increasing price. UoA South bank also same.

may i know this developer reliable as there are still a lot units offer with cheap price ?
the slow sales is because of status under commercial land & leasehold ?

It is freehold. Most popular 791 sq ft golf view left a few only. The ones facing berjaya park still got choices.
Berjaya is quite big developer. They build quite a few condo in bkt Jalil, I.e. savanna, covillea, km1, link shops

block B is phase 1 second block. phase 2 is on the left side of bj golf club entrance, which is not launched yet. tentative launching date for phase 2 is q2 2015. block B is abt 7% increase for the 791sqf units compared to block A

Interested then bring RM 30K to do booking, Still phase 1 price but offcoz not Block A price, Phase 2 not so fast.

Plan to get one unit for invest. I went to sales office and no body entertain me. The service is quite bad. They only serve their VVIP and internal staff. Heard internal staff have discount of 7%. So most units grab by berjaya group staff. Don't know how true is that.

Thats common, As i know internal staff/VVIP/Relatives/Friends always get cheaper price (alots discount).
There's one new project, with 460psf-500psf. internally can get ard 420psf. well discount from developer boss ma.
