I mean Tower A only has 1 unit but fastest to get sold.

Tower B has 3 units of 667 sq ft, 1 unit of 732 sq ft ( both 1 cp ) and 1 unit if 971 sq ft facing Treez, P2 or Rec Park.

Facing purely golf, 2 corner units of 1218 sq ft flanked 4 units of most sought after 791 sq ft.

Just managed to call one of the SA. the price showing invitation card is for bumi only! for Non-Bumi starting price is RM480k! The correct figure is increase 11%! anyway, still within my limit.
