IMHO, luxury status shd be derived fr a few factors :-
1. Privacy (Lift and building design) i.e - private lift, private swimming or car park
2. Density (unit per acre)
3. Facilities
4. Security control and monitoring system

In BJ, the best for me is Twin Arkz, can be considered semi luxury liao

Agreed with what you said. Most of the time Berjaya only want $$ so they dont want to put more facilites to the project and from the facade we can see almost same with KM1. Not much of different. This is my 2cents.

800-900K r now medium priced condo only.

400-500K low price, 600K-1M mid price, 1-3M high price, luxury maybe 3M up

Should look at the facilities lah like what Sifu UFO ET says..lol

Superb location - Nearest to LRT among all the highrise
Bad location - Enjoy the noise created by those amateur F1 drivers on KESAS highway, or 60 db fr LRT train

If you weight LRT the heavier rating, then KR2 is clearly a better location
If you rate view the heavier rating, then KM2 will be a clear winner
It all up to you to rate based on personal preferences

I dun take price into consideration

But price is an important factor. How can it not be taken into consideration? Purchase price only RM 435psf.

May I ask besides the new Link 2, savanna and covillea, is there any other property nearby with the similar or even nicer golf view?

Does he ask which one is cheaper?
Or you claim facing KESAS / LRT is better view than golf view?

Agreed with you on the luxury status criteria but I wanna add one more, that is the profile of the buyers and tenants.

Boss, btw, Twin Arkz is consider luxury for me dy. The facilities offered was quite good and exclusive. But, dunno how many of the buyers are profile enough to sustain it.
I see 2-3 of my frens and very worry they unable to tahan more than 1 year.
