Not sure but I merely predict bcz they do not have savings. 2 of them, income gross at 8k with no savings and purposely buy TAz due to furnished and very low entry. Another 1, not tat close, also similar profile but parents quite rich so maybe not an issue. Maintenance fee I dont think TAz is cheap, but gross figure lower than KM 1 East due to much smaller size. I spoke to the contractors, TAz if RM 0.40 psf might be not enough to cover for the facilties given. |
