Not sure but I merely predict bcz they do not have savings. 2 of them, income gross at 8k with no savings and purposely buy TAz due to furnished and very low entry. Another 1, not tat close, also similar profile but parents quite rich so maybe not an issue.

Maintenance fee I dont think TAz is cheap, but gross figure lower than KM 1 East due to much smaller size. I spoke to the contractors, TAz if RM 0.40 psf might be not enough to cover for the facilties given.

I do share the same view, none of the condos in this region are considered full fledged luxury condos.. they are either semi luxury or luxury wannabe.. selling luxury concept but might not b necessary luxury..

Probably they are like camrys and accords, above the average but full fledged luxury like bm n mercs are only found in very niche areas..

Heard from who bought Tower A, Tower B open for booking next Wednesday but only for those who registered. Open for public is next Saturday (1 March)..

I thought is only launching tower B? Phase 2 consists another 3 towers next to phase 1. Thats probably will launch after 6mths.

Anyway, I will probably go early next Saturday like 7am. Hopefully can q Infront and secure nice and small unit..

Yes, its Tower B of current Phase 1. Not phase 2.
