Long awating township by sunrise ah.....just side by side with setia eco hill and seperate by lekas highway....this area is booming in the next 2 years...

Wow, 22x70, with only 500k++...competitive to eco hill..

but sunrise o...never come out anything cheap so far...forsee will have another 15-20% increase when during real launch so i estimate the cheapest also 580k up...
