Hi all..im new here and interested in Dahlia..what are your thoughts on this new launch? Worth it?
Info that i got that they are giving 7% bumi + 3% promo rebate discount, free legal fees on SPA, loan agreement and MOT stamp duty plus signing incentive RM5k if SPA signed within 21 days. Was actually looking for end lot but their endlot looks pretty small compared to their previous phases.

If ur going for end lot, top up abit and go for corner lot. Or u may check begonia if there is units that may satisfy u.

As im one of the buyer for begonia end lot also, my view is its worth it to buy.

I checked with SA but they said no more begonia available...btw, corner lot and begonia's end lot is way out of my budget hehe

563k net 4 non bumi is cheap 4 a 20x70 as u cant find it frm nearby townships, some more mot at 10k+ is foc.

2 me camelia will b a better buy as price is similar but wth bigger land area n b/up but sa said all gone wth d wind altho yesterday newspaper rpt says its 92% sold
