Near to bangi tol, bukit mahkota tol, lekas exit. Can go to putrajaya, seremban, cheras in half an hour. Can reach to kl, pj, shah alam, damansara in an hour during peak hour. Plus its near to ktm ukm n about 7 km to kajang mrt

i find it a good deal due to so many factors. location wise, it is located 3 km to ktm ukm, 7km to upcoming kajang mrt. ktm frequency will reach metro standard in 2019. in terms of highway connectivity, sh is 6 km to bangi plus exit via alam sari, 5 km to putra mahkota exit, n 3 km to lekas exit. so, sh is in the centre of bangi, semenyih n kajang. plus, its quite near to putrajaya too from alam sari.
price psqft, it is the cheapest as compared to ecohill, ecohill 2, eco majestic, alam sari, bandar puteri, n the subsale houses in bb bangi, bandar sri putra n bukit mahkota. most subsales in those areas have much smaller built up. plus sh is freehold, systematic township with dedicated gardens n lakes, camellia n begonia equipped with 3 phase electrical distribution. |
