oh really camellia good? thought begonia the one more good hehe.

shop lot i dont think really soon as the non confirm infos i got from "friend", as master plan layout, current gallery is the shoplot if im not mistaken..this SH project is Jewel of UEM sunrise.

just hope

1) less defect
2) good quality and workmanship from developer .
3) the infra (Garden and etc etc )given is good and top quality
4) Anti climb fencing ready
5) Good plan and layout of fiber optic
6) all future proposed plan mesti kena fulfill.

some of people here is maybe investor, but for me, its my future retirement home. i need good infra

Yes all camelia units taken up bcos its cheaper than begonia. In terms of d finishing begonia is better.

Yes i also heard d site for current sales office will b d site for their shoplots but as sh is a long term project n uems need a sales office they could have use other future development sites for their 1st shoplot

Looking at d selling price maybe uems may nt get high profit from sh so i tot mk n their iskandar project will b their crown jewel prop due to d high selling prices

maybe UEM bought serene height land long long time ago therefore they can sell a bit cheap compare to nearest competitor projects.

thats the problem when sales office in current shop lot layout.

hope UEM can deliver.

Yes possible on d sh land cost. I was told bumi quota is 70% so uems being a glc canot price sh too high to help d bumi buyers.

Individual preference bro, either u choose d unit wth big family area or unit wth big rooms

Old phase begonia 😂.. its for my own stay bro.. compare project nearby still SH ceaper.. alam sari puisi 5 cross the hill start frm 650k.. kecik somemore.. lol.. eco eco project so far pulak + not my budget..

Unit i choose got extra pavement 6Mtr but need pay additional 10k 🤔

My 2 cent this is most strategic and affordable now, one the alam sari road open you will have direct access to ktm,a lot of my friend live in alam sari and commute to kl.
