I want remote area but not too far and also free unifi heje. I like the design and the township. But, compare to their competitors, not sure about the infra, whether much better or same only.

Near to bangi tol, bukit mahkota tol, lekas exit. Can go to putrajaya, seremban, cheras in half an hour. Can reach to kl, pj, shah alam, damansara in an hour during peak hour. Plus its near to ktm ukm n about 7 km to kajang mrt
