2) I read earlier post mentioned MOT absorbed by developer?

Near to bangi tol, bukit mahkota tol, lekas exit. Can go to putrajaya, seremban, cheras in half an hour. Can reach to kl, pj, shah alam, damansara in an hour during peak hour. Plus its near to ktm ukm n about 7 km to kajang mrt

How much mot for camelia? Damn i thought that free balance of 15k loan to renovate the house. Just sign the snp yesterday which is im the last one. Im also hope the klinik kesihatan will open as that also one of selling poin that i want
