Sorry for the late reply bro. Ermmm... I would say that the price is cheaper(?) compare to the other, since we are not a very high income family trying to find a properties for own stay. Next would be the layout of that Begonia, such as share bathroom for bedroom 2 & 3, which will make the room slightly bigger.
BUT, the biggest concern would be the location and that kampung just outside of SH. Any info about this?

Since uems is providing perimeter fencing wth guardhouse, d security shouldnt b a concern if we have guards guarding d houses, if security is your concern. D props in serene heights r really value for money buy as i thnk u cant find similar new props selling at this price nearby

I assumed Serene Heights would be resided by Malays by a vast majority (while looking at the FB, WhatsApp groups), but during the CNY celebration, saw loads of many others. I was rather surprised, but happy to see this coz I'd really like to be in a diverse community. This is of course assuming those who came are buyers/potential buyers, and not like families of UEM Sunrise workers or anything.
Anywho, I hope I don't come off sounding prejudice or anything. I've always enjoyed a mixed neighbourhood. =]

For own stay bro? I bought acacia for investment. Tot of sapu another unit camellia! Y not go there for free food since msian like ro go for foc food n aircond at sales offices! Lol easily can save rm50-80 per meal for big families

1. Need an affordable landed property to start a family (KL is just too expensive)
2. Reputable developer, hence I'm expecting good quality, and from the on-site visit, so far so good.
3. Design of the house seems to be well thought out, and township appears to be nice and tranquil (it is Serene after all ) , not too dense (prefer this to mall-infested areas with too many high rise condos)
4. The south is better, nearer to airport, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya (compared to say Rawang/Sg Buloh)
5. Overall, when compared to other new townships nearby, I feel that money is better spent at Serene Heights.

I really think it's a good place to raise a family.

Good points bro! Sh's props r reasonably cheap n value for $$$ if compared wth other props nearby, some more got free unifi! Many buyers of new props in new townships will always have problems waiting for unifi

i find it a good deal due to so many factors. location wise, it is located 3 km to ktm ukm, 7km to upcoming kajang mrt. ktm frequency will reach metro standard in 2019. in terms of highway connectivity, sh is 6 km to bangi plus exit via alam sari, 5 km to putra mahkota exit, n 3 km to lekas exit. so, sh is in the centre of bangi, semenyih n kajang. plus, its quite near to putrajaya too from alam sari.

price psqft, it is the cheapest as compared to ecohill, ecohill 2, eco majestic, alam sari, bandar puteri, n the subsale houses in bb bangi, bandar sri putra n bukit mahkota. most subsales in those areas have much smaller built up.

plus sh is freehold, systematic township with dedicated gardens n lakes, camellia n begonia equipped with 3 phase electrical distribution.
