Aquatilis confirmed not entitled for DIBS. Reason being the AP is later submission to authority. Developer is working out some scheme to compensate. S&P price still remains as current.

As far as I know:

Phase 1: Pallida, Pilosa, Angusta, Argentea, Lecus, Errrana, Merrum, Plavia
Phase 2: Pistia, Aquatilis, Luzento, Monlis, Aravis, Stagnia

DIBS for phase 1: conducted as usual, since already obtain the DL & AP
DIBS for phase 2: eliminated, since do not obtain the DL & AP yet, SEH is arranging the best method for compensation.

Please correct me if I were wrong...

Legal fees is depending on the selling price ma. If selling at 1 mil, legal fees = 7,450.00 + misc charges. Alternatively, can opt to be unrepresented lo.

Back to back SPA really tak berbaloi coz upon VP, I believe the profit will be more than 50K lo tongue.gif

Like you said, back to back snp now is to get rid of the "worry/uncertainty" that unit cannot be flipped upon VP mah... tongue.gif
