Yawoh, all are phase 1 purchasers but how possible is that to have a double standard on DIBS?

Purchasers of Luzento, Monlis, Aravia and Stagnia better seek a written confirmation from SPS on the DIBS issue.
*
It's not the matter of fair or not , here. Because this is not under the control of SEH. Yes, All of them is under phase 1. But authority approval date for each type like Merrum, Plavia, Luzento...and etc has different approval date. Unfortunetly, the cut-off date is only up to Plavia. Therefore, other project after Plavia is not entitled for DIBS.

Believe me, they already did their best to fight for the DIBS. But, it is up to the authority to decide. And now, we just wait for further announcement from SEH.

Hope this enlighten the situation. There is no use to keep banging doors and tables why certain project is not under DIBS smile.gif Chill & Keep Calm.

If they offer you something to cover ur DIBS, its good enough.
Dont think they will offer anything more than DIBS smile.gif

Cavynz,

So it is not confirm yet whether those type after Plavia is entitle for DIBS or not rite?

Very likely there will be no DIBS for project after Plavia. But no formal announcment from SEH yet.
Just wait for announcement from them. Stay tuned and Keep Calm smile.gif

CY Mui, all the above utensils will definitely be classified as freebies. SPA price is purely based on the house net selling price.

I m not trying to create panic but just to provide some additional info to everyone here to plan better. I did remember when ah jib announced in his budget 2014, property selling price has to be transparent by itemising each of every freebies. Bank will definitely grill developer to list down the cost of every item.

I'm just wondering.. Ah jib said property must be transparent by itemised..But if im the developer, i already mark up kau kau in my construction cost. Then list out all the freebies. Back to square 1. smile.gif
