Very true, compared to MKH Pelangi Semenyih 2 latest phase which launched less than 1 year ago, price of SEH is higher than 10%. They are selling less than 400k for 22 x75 DSL, if not mistaken. Again, hard to compare since they are building a housing estate, while SEH is building a township. |
