I did remember when ah jib announced in his budget 2014, property selling price has to be transparent by itemising each of every freebies. Bank will definitely grill developer to list down the cost of every item.

Rimbayu respond quite good coz the location is surrounding by Kota kemuning, putra height and saurjana putra. Especially kota kemuning oredy is matured township n u can access to Rimbayu from Kota kemuning as well.

I never like or have intention to buy bungalow lots (CG got bungalow lots sell meh?) or any other properties in CG.

Itemize the freebies and segretate them out from the house price, so that the bank only loan you 90% solely on the house price and the buyer need to fork out the cash for other portions beside the downpayment?? doh.gif doh.gif

Personally, I think the accessibility of Rimbayu is better than Ecohill.
You can in and out Rimbayu from Kesas thru KK, SKVE, Elite, and future WCE.
I think in Klang Valley, besides Semenyih, the location where Rimbayu by IJMLand and Tropicana township project will be another same temperature hot spot if not hotter. After all, it is nearer to Port Klang and surrounding by few matured townships.

Maybe.
Why maybe? The reason some people chose Balakong, Sungai Long, Seri Kembangan, Semenyih, Kajang, Bangi is because they worked in southern KV, places like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya holds quite a huge numbers of employees.
While Rimbayu and Tropicana is in better location, that might not be true for everyone except if they are willing to travel further.

Hence it depends on buyer's background and preference.

That's not to say which is better, but merely saying which is better for certain people depending on their needs/preference.

Was in semenyih last weekend. Managed to visit 2 local developers. One of the developer selling semid corner size 81 x 80 only rm 810k nia. The site is along
Jalan semenyih about 2-3 mins from ecohill. I think its called kesuma lake.
What do u guys think ?
