Well , S4 doesn't come with Knox . I guess it's easier 2 bypass Knox for S4 unlike Note 3 since it comes with Knox . Anyway , a rooted stock rom is good enough after some bloatwares removal and I'm surprise how much bloatwares there is in Note 3 .

Antenna hole is useless for us . Korean phones as well as Japanese all have built in antenna thus the antenna hole . And its useful for them since korea uses DMB and Japan uses ISDB to watch movies and dramas on their phones . It's a MUST to have for all phones . For us , be thankful if u can watch Astro when it rains at home .

Forgot to add , do u know where is Note 3 speaker by the way or u do u actually own a Note 3 ? Cuz unless u r blind , the speaker hole on the case is so obvious

Hint : The hole is between the charging port and the spen in the last pic . No , it's different from the hole between your legs , slightly towards the back

Can try manual method if u r rooted but no promises it wouldnt trip knox .. It can be done from the device itself

For backup :

1. Download a terminal emulator from playstore
2. Open it and type: Su
3. Allow superuser permission when asked
4. Type this: Dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11 of=/storage/extsdcard/efs.img bs=4096
5. Check your external sd card, there is a efs.img file (14 mb), do some copy in a secure storage.

For restore:

1. You need your efs.img in your external sd card
2. Open terminal and type: Su
3. Type this: Dd if=/storage/extsdcard/efs.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11 bs=4096
4. Reboot

U r buying a case for a note 3 which is consider under phablet .What do u expect ? RM150 and below ? At least it is RM10 cheaper , RRP for Note 2 was RM189 before this . Even Galaxy Mega is RM179 . Anyway , RRP price for Defender is RM219 , preorder available from a seller in lelong.com
