If facing highway, for sure noisy. Elite one of the most busy highways in klang valley

yes, but i thought if quite high won't hear much noise... anyway, see how la later when i get the keys then can figure out if i need to change the windows or not..

All the windows are the same either facing elite highway or not.. luckily my unit facing swimming pool.. anybody know is it VResidensi2 already got CCC or not?

anybody got letter from developer?

Never the same. I'm staying in a condo that's just beside nkve but my unit is facing the pool. The units facing nkve are significantly noisier.

You should be asking a representative from the developer. Not every owner has the time to come to this forum bro.

U can call the developer to ask abt vacant possession and letter.

Once u receive the letter.....there are invoices you need to pay and yr bank needs to pay if u r getting loan.

After settled all outstanding u can make appointment to collect key and check for defects
