yup.. a few major issues..
leaking.. water ponding..
the pipe above shower is not even closed.. luckily we opened the inspection chute and saw it..
Paint are all over the place.. my nieces and nephews can paint better than that..
they have a lot to do to repair all the defect..

as per the first post. 482k spa price. plus with 7% rebate. 1124 sqft.

don't forget LAD also. owner receive LAD as well. not sure how much or the charges for how long period.

puri aiyu small road side. so far never seen any cars able to get through into the apartment from alam prima side. very weird. this project entrance is via a small road with cars parking left and right? cant be correct.

Because the developer claim that authorities say that the alam prima entrance only can open only when the greens complete. Whether they BS purchasers also dunno la. So now residents of this vr2 have to use the puri ayu entrance which is quite farked up tbh.

the greens complete will add thousands more cars sharing the same road. or the only logic is CB Land will do some road expansion to the existing road? no idea dont think even got space.

why would CB Land do that - i think they would have catered to those of their own project along that road ... any other developer wants to do that - they have to do at their expense lah ...

Alam Prima 400 units, average 1.5 car per unit also 600 cars
Alam Idaman - 500 units, average 1.5 cars is 750 cars
Alam Sanjung - 600 units - average 2 cars per unit
Greens - 600 units - average 2 cars per unit

the traffic jam will be awesome on this road ...

This i think i can chime in, this is because that road is still under CB Land, they have yet to handover it to MBSA - hence till today still no streetlight and the condition is bad still ...

Only when Greens is complete, and CB handover the road to MBSA then they can approve it ... but thats in 2019 lah ...

Err... do u all are familiar with this area?

Actually existing already have one, across Batu Tiga site and KTM station.

From Puri Aiyu to Menara U, is actually 500m distance.

if you havent noticed - i provided quite some photo on VR2 - i am at Alam Sanjung ...

1) who will bear the cost for the bridge
2) going across fed highway - u need JKR approval, Plus, LOL
3) Open to public or VR2 use only?

Have you seen any such bridges spanning across Fed Highway?

And the one to the Batu TIga KTM if u have used it before - u will know its a shitty path

I don't know who are you.

And I have use it before for last decade. I just don't know why u all feel like impossible build a pedestrian bridge across federal highway. Then I just show the example.

And yes, the current situation for existing pedestrian bridge is really shitty. So, our Dun should proposed to MBSA to build a better pedestrian bridge as I mentioned before to allow also bicycle to across the highway. When build a public infrastructure, of cause is for public use.

Cost always the issue of cause but not impossible
