Bro Kenny, Budget should not have much impact on SEH purchasers.
But, expect some Prop market cooling measures; higher RPGT. If you are not an investor, or have sufficient holding power, should not effect you.
Anyways, I am hoping they will raise the minimum prop purchase price for foreigners to RM1m for high rise and RM3m for landed with LTV of 60%. MOT should be higher too. Will be nice.

Actually, I went to jobstreet last nite look see look see if got any openings; wanted to see what kind of staff benefit is given; sadly there was none.
