UOB payonline is not real-time? It also didn't show my payment transaction status if it is not approved!
I have paid my bill on Sunday until now it still hasn't pay to my biller yet. How come?
How long does it take to process?
Frankly, this website is not user friendly at all!

Sorry for the late reply. With regard to your question, the application can only be made at FD home branch. M2U based or FD from other branch are not accepted. Q2 When u are at the branch, you tell the exec that you want to pledge FD for CC and ask him/her what is the minimum required amount. If he/she can answer this question then he got the necessary experience. Some exec will think really hard, some will even ask his colleague, some won't answer your question. So in that case you have met an inexperience exec. Q3 This letter of offer serves two purposes. One, to inform you about the application is successful. Two, to serve as an agreement on the further T&C imposed on the applicant.
