guys, i just bought ps4 slim from DreamStore in Lazada.
open the box and wanted to register the ps4 warranty.
but here's the problem:

1. no sticker at the bottom of ps4, so i dont know the serial code
2. serial code on box, got lots of number and sticker on the box. which one is the code?
3. registration page. which page to register the warranty? Asia.Playstation.Com page doesnt get me anywhere to register the product.

I seem to be facing issues with purchasing games on the playstation store website.

Everytime I try to confirm my purchase, I get an error message that says "Your puchase may not be complete. Check your transaction history in your Account settings".

Funny thing was, I purchased a Playstation Plus subscription and had no issues checking out just 5 minutes before.

Anyone faced this before?

Hi bro, I have same problem too. Cannot buy anything with debit card, always have error. I have not tested buying with PSN cards though. There's a good deal going on now (50% off if buy 2 selected games) but cannot purchase anything via debit card, lol.

Some banks block their cc for playstation store. Try call ur bank and ask them to allow the transaction. Or just go to 7E and buy the cash wallet.

key in your detail using web browser(use KB is way easier then DS4) then shop at ps4. it works for me. after months of failing/error when trying to buy using web browser. until got fed up & buy wallet at 7e
strangely enough it only failed for psn while everything else works. you name it, lazada, amazon, xbox, 3ds, steam, cdkeys. tried it with both charge to card or paypal.

I have tried 4 times using different credit/debit cards. Each time RM1 deducted. Total RM 4 deducted. They wont refund that rm4 right?

I'm using CIMB last time, my fren said RHB and Hong Leong still can use. How can they deduct RM1 if the transaction was failed? I never use wallet, btw.

The moment after u key in your credit card to your psn account, then i received sms saying rm1 has charged.
