no need to downgrade! but to upgrade! to 2.71!

the firmware can be downgrade to 1.5v??heard that couldn't be done...

before the shop know,better u grab the psp now...later on only fm 2.71 will sell cheap...

Hold your horses first... from my information, all stocked 2.5 and 2.6 PSP (including mine) are using TA-082 motherboard which means that you CANNOT downgrade it.

So... we are still out from 1.5....

Good news for those who are going legit.

mostly region 3 psp are TA-082 motherboard..

have to find those 2.01 or region 1 or 2...

check properly before u guys buy...

if this true, 1.5s are still if not, getting more overprice

Im guessing the price of PSP2.5/2.6 is still cheap.Go get it now I still remember,i went to LYN few weeks ago and asked for the price of PSP 2.71 ,the fella said never heard of it yet,he said 2.6 is the latest version.

2.71 is only available on firmware update

psp production not yet up to 2.71 yet

I went to Taipei last month but they actually sell the PSP2.71..okay..2.7 .
Price is around RM800-900 after converting the $$$
