At least the person / shop which quoted this price is reasonable.. I mean you can just look at 2nd hand PSPs selling in Garage Sales ...it's much more or even the same price as a brand new one... WITHOUT warranty i might add.. I don't see the point in getting it 2nd hand if it's that expensive especially if you can't get any repairs within 1 year if your PSP happens to die out by unknown technicallity which is unforseen in the future... The most possible logical price for a 2nd hand PSP nowadays should be within the RM500-RM650 depending on the package given of course... any more than this would be quite unreasonable IMO !!

You can't play ahem games on 3.02.
Is it 3.02OE or just 3.02?
The latter can't run homebrews.

yup... when i was buying PSP Chotto shot, he ask me what fw i using. i said 1.5 with DH... then he check my DH and laugh. He ask me interested in 2.71 SE-C or not...i no way u charging me for that.

My Brother Bought his PSP value pack + 2Gb + Original UMD = RM 870
at HOLIDAY PLAZA JB FUNWAY as well...
upgraded to 3.03OE-A...
In fact that fellow told us that PSP Value Pack is RM 750 including a demo dics..but he found tat the Demo Dics out of stock.. then he asked us to add another RM20 on the original game but which he is choosen one...
so that's meant add another RM100 to get the MSPD...

my recommend to his place is good on price but before paying u must CHECK the serial number on ur psp and the box..

IN fact my psp v2.71 IC 1003 TA-082 SAFELY downgraded to v1.5 and upgraded to 3.03OE-A..
so i think should be no problem at all...

haha....quite alot of features in 3.03OE-A...

the shop downgraded the ta-082 to 1.5?

go get 3.03OE-B.
Install 3.03OE-A' first, then 3.03OE-B.
They are easy to install once u have 3.03OE-A.

on a side note, i don't think checking box with serial number is good enough.
'cos that's what my fren did. It matches, but after 2, 3 months, his d-pad kong liau.
Today only i realized maybe his PSP is recon set (after reading about the chinese speaking indian guy, cos he bought from that shop). His console is region 3, but the manual inside the box is region 4.

update to 3.03OE-B then u'll notice the difference.
go get 3.03OE-B, 3.03OE-A is not any less bug-free... in fact, it's buggier than 3.03OE-B.
