how does 1 actually tell tat it is a recond ? besides the cheaper price ?

somebody intoruduce me www.play-asia.com they are selling psp white for RM716 PSP-1006CW. Anybody know what firm ware is this? can it be easily downgrad?

usually psp from playasia.com is at the highest firmware available to them.
if u bought one from play-asia. im worried about u getting taxed
