got 10k budget here. i already startup a claypot chicken rice stall business is very good and i wanted to open up another business any type will do. as i know F&B business profit margin is quite low need to fight quantity. 2nd business if can i wan it to be independent. i no need to stay at the business all time because night time i need to do my stall business. i am surveying for car wash (which customer can pay by using card, no need workers, contactless no need rag to wipe) but the setup and cost are high. any ideas are welcome

airbnb in melaka...quite good...still many staying for 1 to 2 days...(especially fri and sat..), so its profitable. planning to get a small loan or investment to touch up 2 units (750sqft of airbnb)
