Ah forgot about that damn thing. Yeah Jolteon is faster and stronger from the stats in Serebii. I used Heliolisk and to me I think it has a small array of moves. You can try to get a Jolteon with hidden power ice.. that should prove useful against its counter

Basically hidden power of a Pokemon is based on its IVs. The IVs of the Pokemon will determine whether it got which type of hidden power. So HP can be any type of move fire,water,ice etc depend on the IVs.. In Gen VI.. with the introduction of Fairy.. I have no idea if theres changes or its still the same as in previous Gen

I use legendary as a bargaining chip. If I'm interested in certain Pokemon, a high IVs legendary will prove useful. Another thing is other Pokemons are breedable so Ivs don't really matter. But with Legendary getting it right makes a difference to me. Plus Xerneas catch rate is high and there's a guarantee of getting at least 3 max Ivs. So why the heck not.

As for battle, I haven't got into any battle with People.

Lol yeah. It will be good for someone who uses a rain team. But overall it's quite good, might be outclassed by another pseudo but by no means its a bad Pokemon. Goodra is a good mix attack. Slap some outrage, an earthquake and it can use a strong move like a thunderbolt or ice beam.

Man. I wish Goodra was Dragon/Water. It evolves through rain, gooey, learn hydropump etc and its still a Dragon. It would be awesome, only weak to dragon and fairy
