Well, I saved in front of Professor Sycamore and there's no problem. But I didn't save after that in that city..

Nah. I think Masuda method still works. You can change the language but the 3DS card itself is still region locked. Like your 3DS is Us, your PK X card is US and you choose other language I think Pokemons obtained is still considered as US pokemons.
