Pokerus doubled the Ev you gain from levelling. I just spread it to my Int. Explorer(Bibarel) and keep it on PC !

It will cure it by healing on Pokemon Center by several times and will became a tiny purple , but the Pokerus will still on , but cant spread.

Its less valuable than shiny but still valuable nonetheless. I haven't met one since Heartgold
