nothing much.... just basically they acknowledge the game breaking bug in Lumiose City, working on the fix & then will probably released via eShop (or hopefully spotpass)
other than that they provide the map & ask for not saving on the blue region...
as for bug report... no idea. probably email them directly or make it widespread just like this one
