Is the free drink get on the spot or need to be "activated" first ?

Last month, I reloaded RM100 and on the spot I get one free drink...

After that, I checked my apps and get to know that there has another free drink again for reload RM100 categories (1 star), therefore, I can enjoy another free drink but this is small drink

Don't know why free two drinks

By the way, just ask about free drink with reload RM100, this free drink only applicable for new card design. No free drink can get for old card

of coz it supposed to be like that. their objective is to sell up those new cards.

The staff initially didn't know how to work when I asking, and she reconfirmed from supervisor I think then only reply me back.

Haven't tried. Usually, I claim free drink later. In this case, didn't buy the autumn card.

I think it's their tracking system that's not equipped to differentiate between new and old card.

Is there any ongoing promotion for free drinks? I just saw there're 2 free Grande drinks in my account. My last transaction was 31Aug where I bought 1 drink.
