Is there any ongoing promotion for free drinks? I just saw there're 2 free Grande drinks in my account. My last transaction was 31Aug where I bought 1 drink.

Anyone has unredeemed 2 drinks getting from tote bag replacement? Mine showing expiry date 12 December but they dont allow me to redeem, saying it's for limited time period only and they are not able to redeem that drink as it's not shown in their cashier system anymore.
