how long it takes for them to update the rewards point in the starbucks card? Been more than 24 hours and still the same...

If is fast, immediately the tracker is updated. If more than 24 hours still not yet update is best you call their customer service and tell them the problem. Normally I will call after 24 hours

as i know not immediately, takes day, maybe 1-2days

1-2 days is to long. I can't keep track of they update them so late.

I bought a drink around 3pm something and the ticker has been updated fast. I checked around 6pm something.

I bought around 8.30pm just now and after sit down and check, it has been updated

Which outlet u go?
It seems starbuck using at least 2 POS system for their cashier.
It means no all outlet using the same system and it may have cases that the tracker update fast / slow.

Or may be due to other reason.

May be u can pist here which outlet u go ..and u see what is the brand of POS they using..
I recall someout using IBM which is old system..some outlet using new system.

I need a good feedback other than discounted price on why would people get this card if they have cash? The privilege is on Starbucks side not the customers as they stuck on thinking of having the card they reloaded and can only be used for Starbucks beverages.

i was expecting buy 3-5 for free 1. 10 is way too long to wait for a single user. Unless you are buying for family and friends with a single card everytime.
