Hi everyone, how do you get the baristas to credit the Onecard upoints? I bought a Starbucks card and reloaded RM50 but the barista refused to credit the upoints saying they don't have the terminal.

I used my Starbucks apps to scan and pay but I didnt get the points. I've emailed starbucks customer service but they havent reply me and its been 2 days already.
I'll give them a call later T.T I want the bag! |
