Last month was my birthday.

Made 4 transaction with my card, but no 1 slice of cake was offered. I also forgot to ask. Only remember when I want to clear my dashboard, and read the card leaflet. So, the question is, do i have to ask for the cake or they will automatically give it to me?

Once you buy a drink using your Starbucks card, the cake slice reward will be activated. You need to bring your card to the counter to check if the cake slice reward appears or not.

So thats weird. The 4 transaction i had done in the month of June was of course using my card, but not even once the barista offered or ask if it was my birthday month.

Sorry, only owned the card early of the year. Noob question.

Same situation as no reward for free cake, checked after few days then one reward is in my account now

May I know is the top up RM100 get a free drinks ? I have read few pages back and no one mention verified it?

If I bought a tumbler in overseas, is it still valid in here?How about the other way round?

So far i've seen in Starbucks all the design is err..so so only.. Any place to get nice tumbler?

Same here. For some reason the tracker isn't being updated. I called CS on this and they managed to manually update it.

I think this is the practice...i thought they have a system that probably pops out at the receipt or something automatically...hahaha...sometimes although its yours, it'll be quite embarrassing to ask for it...like so hungry eh wanna eat free only..hahaha

How much is one shot cost? I bought americano but seems like the caffeine not enough for me. Lol. I have venti tumbler.

You should go for espresso shots since Americano is not strong for you.

Tasted fresh brew of the day, it's weaker than Americano.

It seems like the tracker will not update if you use the mobile app.
