i did "end task" the app and cleared the memory with Clean Master, but still the same problem... i wonder.

any software fix to ghost screen ? the problem persist only when my palm is sweating a lil bit.otherwise the screen is normal

the problem just arisen after few months of usage.in early times,not problem.

maybe i dropped it a few times to cause such issue

planning on changing rom but not sure either this will fix it

new unit should come with no picture or rooted..
hopefully u can ask seller for refund since it said new/unused
or ask discount

Would like to ask anyone has successfully claimed the international warranty for their tablet. I just brought mine to Lowyat and the staff told me it's only covered under US local warranty according to their system. Bought mine from eBay, and the seller bought it from Staples, if that matters.

UPDATE : I sent an email to Asus and they told me that they have alerted the service centre in Lowyat about the issue. Went to Lowyat today, showed them the email and the tablet got accepted for warranty service.

Hi. Need help!!

My nexus 7 2013 just died on me. My son was playing a game and the batt was around 10%+/-. Then, it suddenly died. I first thought it ran out of juice, so I hooked it up overnight. After work, try to use it, the screen wont turn on!
Changed the cables and plugs, still the same. Tried diff buttons combos, same result. Then, I opened the back, unplugged the battery connector. Left it a while, and replugged it again. Still my screen is blank!!

Any ideas?

Have you tried to fastboot it? Press volume down + power button at the same time for at least 15 seconds.

If still cannot, then you can send to Asus Service Center @ Lowyat Plaza.
