just have free times complete some fun with N7 after receive from courier service:

1. open box, normal hardware checking.
2. unlock bootloader
3. flash new bootloader 04.04
4. flash twrp
5. factory reset, flash lollipop
6. flash gapps
7. flash ElementalX, uv 850
8. flash latest beta SuperSU

booting up, sweet Lollipop (although is not final official, still enjoy, profit )

can anyone suggest me nice bookflip casing with stand support and magnet?

Lollipop custom rom, running great. no complain.

I cannot comment for stock image. currently in custom rom with custom kernel, smooth butter, no lag.

yup, out of box still coming with JellyBean ( I guess is quite old stock as the battery flat)
after full charge, then straight away root and flash lollipop rom. I like it

yup, that's correct. I cannot comment on stock as I said early, because I did not experience it at all. custom rom is always available to improve and fix from stock, if any.

can't wait? sideload the factory image then. but only wifi version, mobile version dunno when Google only publish.

excellent now both wifi version & LTE version can enjoy Lollipop
that's why I love nexus devices, which always have great dev community support


reminder: 4.04 bootloader

nexus is not hot demand like others that available everywhere retails all the time. you okay with buy online?
