I saw somewhere in Setia Ecohill thread that there will be a launching for landed property with min price of 600k for 20x70 DSH....if IOI can mantain their target price of 600k for the 22 x 80 DSH in Bandar Puteri Bangi, this would be a better deal as BPB also comes with a concept township similar to SE i believe..Furthermore, BPB is nearer to PLUS Exit of Putra Mahkota..

Lol, the latest news shared by other taikor is 20 x 80 unit, with 2700 sqf build up, fenced and guarded only, will be launched by Sep/Oct 2014. However only 111 unit only...

Very limited unit with such price, not sure how many peopel will get it..

Visit their office at IOI Resort City..saw the master model of development. There are 2 parcels.
For terrace house got total 5 phases. At Parcel A...Phase 1 and 2 guarded with perimeter fencing only...111 units 22' x 80, 118 units 24 x 70. While Phase 3 22' x 75' 210 units GnG. On Parcel B, Phase 1 20' x 70', 216 units and Phase 2 22' x 70' 223 units and under GnG.

I also saw TESCO Hypermarket next to the Bukit Mahkota Toll Plaza.

From the scale model.. there is no single storey.

From visiting Southville 2 1/2 storey to IOI Properties Bandar Puteri Bangi's project and saw the piling for their 22' x 80' terrace house The Terresse has been started. Nice view srounding the area.

It's great if there is TESCO hypermarket over there...any news on other planned shopping mall in the area?

If u every day pay toll for rm5-8 consider normal no feeling loo..

Can anyone confirm the internal road width from IOI layout?

Bandar Seri putra provide 50 feet road and Mahkota provide 40 feet which is very narrow with car parked at the road shoulder.

The Bangi avenue also 40 feet.

40ft consider ok liao.. can park outside the house without blocking neighbour ma..
50ft consider waste of space (i mean developer)
