I saw somewhere in Setia Ecohill thread that there will be a launching for landed property with min price of 600k for 20x70 DSH....if IOI can mantain their target price of 600k for the 22 x 80 DSH in Bandar Puteri Bangi, this would be a better deal as BPB also comes with a concept township similar to SE i believe..Furthermore, BPB is nearer to PLUS Exit of Putra Mahkota..

![]() From visiting Southville 2 1/2 storey to IOI Properties Bandar Puteri Bangi's project and saw the piling for their 22' x 80' terrace house The Terresse has been started. Nice view srounding the area. |

Can anyone confirm the internal road width from IOI layout?
Bandar Seri putra provide 50 feet road and Mahkota provide 40 feet which is very narrow with car parked at the road shoulder. The Bangi avenue also 40 feet. |
