I saw somewhere in Setia Ecohill thread that there will be a launching for landed property with min price of 600k for 20x70 DSH....if IOI can mantain their target price of 600k for the 22 x 80 DSH in Bandar Puteri Bangi, this would be a better deal as BPB also comes with a concept township similar to SE i believe..Furthermore, BPB is nearer to PLUS Exit of Putra Mahkota..

anything more than 700k for the dsl would only be good for own stay rather than short term investment I guess..
