For Bumi purchasers is a good deal.
7% bumi discount can be used as part deposit.
3% balance deffered into equal 3 payments 6 month,12 month and 18 month..And up to 30% diff sum.
If take 90% loan..They just need to pay booking 10k, MOT stamp duty around 15K n loan legal n stamp duty 6K.
90% loan, 30 years...monthly around RM3,200.00

For non bumi only..This Friday RM29K rebate for the first 70.
Same package as Bumi, balance can be deferred into 3 equal payment.

The choice is on our hand. When there is a opportunity to own a house in easy way...better to grap it...later don't complaint when the price in this area beyond our reach again. International nearest I think it's Tanarata at Kajang toll exit. Correct me if I'm wrong...

The nearest chinese school is Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan ( C )Yoke Min at Jalan Aman 5, Pekan Bangi Lama. It around 5km away. Correct me if I wrong.

Yeap they take credit card...so tomorrow need to Q to get the RM29K discount offered to non bumi

Just pass by...saw the TESCO signboard is already up next to Putra Mahkota toll. ..so it confirm TESCO is there.

I think IOI can bring now development on this area after long due so so development by UM Land and Lion Group.

The approved building plan show to me stated 11.5ft...the main door look big, and if we cover the void area. ..We can create another family area with double volume ceiling height.

The Almyra Residence design and layout is 100% more better than Savannah with the current price they sell it...8 units per floor only with either semi-d n bungalow layout. ...3 lifts. .just got 4 retails lot only. ..It nice please to stay

It worth buying properties at RM290 psf. ..big built up area...24ft length car park and 56ft length of building. ..maximum used of land..15ft back lane. ..eventhough the length of main gate slightly small due to new regulations by TNB and SYABAS meter box can't share a same space as old time
