yup...prefer the same as well...to me 70 long is sufficient...wider is better...however the 24 x 70 will be launched after the 22 x 80 and with price increment I presume..

hi guys. newbie here want to squeze in abt this topic. just registered with them yesterday at their temp sales office. im so interested on their almyra (service apt) as this one meet my budget. now waiting for NOV for the extra details.


p/s i went to UMLand Putra1 sales gallery also that day. although the price is reasonable, i was not impressed by the layout and finishing.

Bangi ioi just few mins distance from Nilai, in fact is just beside if u see from google map. Em..... can flip if bought at 750k? Flip at 900k to 1mil after 2 years? Wondering the market can be so bullish
